I envision a Billboard simply stating that House Appropriations Commitee Chair Allen Boyd appropriated himself $1.3 million. A bried summary of his liberal votes could be pictured as well.
Interstate 10 runs the length of his district. It would be a wonderful place to rent such a billboard. I would contribute and so would your listeners.
